ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONEAND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC SPAN be and they are hereby granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, m the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the d day of October 1963, All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably might, and shall be set substantially at the points indi. cated upon the plan marked --wig.
