His concerns included trash `'•"` <br /> ripped tent covers that were repaired with duct tape,trailers in which people slept <br /> overnight on the subject property and non-payment of the Police Detail and rental fee. <br /> Attorney CampoBasso assured the Board that Mr. Salvi and Mr. Marrama who are <br /> leasing the property to operate the Flea Market are not affiliated with the past occupant. <br /> Mr.Marram.a operates his own vending booths in the facility and will be there eve day <br /> Y <br /> that the Flea Market is open. Attorney CampoBasso informed the Board that the <br /> applicant paid off an$800 Police Detail bill and a $2,600 rental fee incurred by the <br /> Previous owner. He also addressed the issue of trash and stated that the applicant is <br /> responsible for trash removal of the entire area.
