However,the applicant cannot et a <br /> building permit for the subject lot beta g `use of the 20%rule under Section 174-26 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws,making the lot unbuildable at this time. It took over 18 _ `�! � <br /> 71 <br /> months for the applicant to negotiate and get the project approved. <br /> Mr.Hayes further stated that a request for an extension of the Variance which <br /> will lapse <br /> August 4, 1999, is in the mail to the Board of Appeals. Mr. Govoni suggested gg d that Mr. ��• ., <br /> Hayes submit a hand-written request for the six-month extension to allow the Board to <br /> vote on the request at tonight's meeting. <br /> r j <br /> Mr.Hauck said that due to growth management constraints,the number of building <br /> permits allowed for lots in that area(N-11 lot subdivision)is only two per <br /> year. The <br /> Building Department has issued the two permits for 1999 and the applicant will have to ' I <br /> r. <br /> wait until 2000 to build their home. �A 4v4i.1 <br /> Mr. Marshall Brem, an abutter, expressed approval of the <br /> p pp project. No other comments <br /> were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to criteria for docks 1 2 3 4 5. <br /> Mr.Nelson seconded. All agreed.
