It may not be rented or <br /> leased out for occupancy by any other party or sold as <br /> - a separate property. Such residence shall count as <br /> eight campsites in caiculating the allowed number of <br /> campsites. <br /> (14) Town noise by-laws shall be strictly enforced by the K �. <br /> campground operator. Continuous violations of this <br /> Provision may be considered a basis for rescision of i <br /> the special permit after a public hearing. <br /> (15) No person or vehicle may be allowed to -stay within the <br /> campground, other than the owner, operator, caretaker <br /> or other campground employee or their vehicles, for <br /> more than thirty (30) days per calendar year. The <br /> Board may also set a maximum season length for the <br /> campground operation or establish other reasonable <br /> conditions it believes necessary to prevent the use of <br /> -the campground for long-term residence. <br /> (16) The ownership of the campground shall remain with one <br /> -individual or corporation and no property interest, <br /> -other than by .mortgage, shall be deeded or leased to <br /> any other individuals or corporations. Violation of <br /> this provision shall result in rescision of the <br /> special permit. <br /> (17) Internal access drives shall have an improved surface <br /> width of at least twelve (12) feet for one-way drives <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for two-way drives unless the r <br /> Board and/or Fire Chief determine that an alternate <br /> width is necessary or appropriate. Surface type and <br /> drainage requirements shall be as specified by the <br /> Board based on site conditions and proposed useage. <br /> All campsites, drives and other campground facilities ' <br /> shall be laid out on a plan showing topography at two ; <br /> foot contour intervals submitted as part of the ' <br /> application for the Special Permit along with plans of <br /> any water and sewer systems, other utilities, land- <br /> scaping, signs, wetland areas and other relevant <br /> Items. " <br /> (18) Any Special Permit issued for a cam t <br /> p campground under this <br /> section (provided that substantial use has been made <br /> of the permit within two years of its approval as <br /> required by MGL Chapter 40-A Section 9) shall be valid <br /> for a period of not more than five years, but may be <br /> re-issued for an additional five year term each five <br /> years thereafter, following the public notice and ,. <br /> hearings required for special permit approval and a <br />
