i <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Sy-law as follows: } <br /> Replace the current wording of Subsection 9.3.2.1 with the <br /> following: <br /> '9.3.2.1 Single-family detached structures and detached accessory <br /> residences, provided that the total number of bedrooms In <br /> the OSID shall not exceed 2.2 times the number of I, <br /> residential units allowed by Subsection 9.3.4.' <br /> Replace the current wording of Subsection 9.3.2.2(a) with the <br /> following: <br /> '(a) there shall be an overall limit within the OSID of not more <br /> than 2.2 bedrooms times the maximum number of residential <br /> units allowed by Subsection 9.3.4,' <br /> Replace the current wording of Subsection 9.3.4.1 with - the <br /> following: - - •"a <br /> 09.3.4.1 For the purposes of this section, a 'residential unit' <br /> shall be defined as a dwelling unit for use by one family <br /> or group of up to five unrelated individuals which <br /> -contains only one kitchen and 2.2 bedrooms. A bedroom <br /> shall be defined as any habitable room exceeding sixty t ' <br /> (60) square feet 1n area which 1s other than a living <br /> room (1 allowed) , dining room (1 allowed), kitchen (1 <br /> allowed) , utility (boiler, water heater, laundry, etc.) <br /> room or bathroom. Actual dwelling units within the OSID <br /> may contain any number of bedrooms, but the aggregate <br /> total of bedrooms allowed in the OSID shall not exceed <br /> 2.2 times the maximum number of 'residential units' <br /> allowed by this subsection.' <br /> Replace the current wording of Subsection 9.3.4.2(x) with the <br /> following: " <br /> '(a) any previously approved and recorded subdivision lot, which <br /> meets current zoning and health requirements and regulations <br /> or which would otherwise be buildable if developed, due to " <br /> protection from current zoning and health regulations by <br /> reason of statute or local by-law or regulation, shall count <br /> as 1 .5 residential units (such lot shall not qualify for any <br /> bonus multiplier unless it contains at least 10,000 square <br /> feet of upland area) , otherwise it shall be treated as <br /> unsubdivided and undeveloped land as in CO below; : • <br /> Replace the current wording of Subsection 9.3.4.2.(b) with the <br /> foliowing: <br />
