11. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by deleting i <br /> the existing Subsection 9.3.4.3 (a) and replacing it with the <br /> following:' <br /> •(a) On the basis of location, one of the following multipliers } � : <br /> may be applied: <br /> .0 for lands or existing subdivision lots fronting on i <br /> navigable salt water or on fresh water ponds over 100 acres, L, <br /> where the entire lot, or all of the unsubdivided land within "1 <br /> 300 feet from the mean high water mark, is preserved as open T <br /> space (for the purposes of this Section, navigable water �. <br /> shall be defined as water having a minimum depth of one foot t <br /> at mean low tide within 70 feet of the mean high water mark <br /> on the lot or unsubdivided land to be preserved); <br /> .5 for lands or existing subdivision lots fronting on ! <br /> unnavigable salt water, salt water or tidal wetlands or fresh i <br /> water ponds over 10 acres, or for subdivision lots not <br /> fronting on a water body but having over 50 percent of their <br /> area lying within 300 feet of the high water mark of any salt <br /> water body, salt water wetland or fresh water pond over 10 "� <br /> acres, where the entire lot (including the adjacent portion <br /> of any 'paper' street), or all of the unsubdivided land i. <br /> within 300 feet from the mean high water mark or edge of <br /> wetland, is preserved as open space; <br /> .3 for lands or existing subdivision lots lying within 300 <br /> feet of fresh water ponds under 10 acres, non-tidal portions <br /> of the Mashpee, Quashnet, Santuit or Childs Rivers, Red Brook ; <br /> or Quaker Run and their adjacent wetlands, or other cranberry <br /> bogs or wetlands greater than one acre in area, where the <br /> entire lot (including the adjacent portion of any 'paper' <br /> street) , or all of the unsubdivided land within 300 feet from <br /> the mean high water mark or edge of wetiands is preserved as r <br /> open space; <br /> 1 .2 for lands having prime farmland soils as listed by the <br /> U.S.D.A. Soil Conservation Service and as mapped in its <br /> Barnstable County Massachusetts Interim Soil Survey Report or ` <br /> subsequent updated reports.' ; <br /> or take any other action thereon. <br /> ' K <br />
