Rich Jonas, Tony Ferragamo, Louise <br /> '- Behrman, Scott McAskill Judy Mills <br /> i i.- <br /> "' Also Present: Tom Fuda la, Town Planner, Lee Weller, <br /> Assistant Town Planner, Charles Rowley, Town Engineer <br /> s;= Correspondence <br /> The helicopter ride has been re-scheduled for Saturday May <br /> 13th at 10: 00 A.M. <br /> The Mass. Historical Commission sent a letter to the Board <br /> summarizing their opinion on Lockstore and the bone <br /> (determined to be a cow bone) . <br /> A letter from the Trustee of Reservations stating they are <br /> in opposition to Mr. Larantz' s (animal hospital} request to <br /> re-zone his property from R5 to C2. <br /> A continuation request for Springhill west from attorney <br /> Kevin Kirrane. <br /> Tom drafted and gave to the Board a standard format for a <br /> Special Permit, including all statutory requirements . <br /> Town of Bourne zoning articles for May 8th Town Meeting. <br /> g <br /> Acceptance of .,Minutes <br /> Scott made a motion to accept the minutes of the* April 19th A <br /> ,- p <br /> meeting. Louise seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor, <br /> a.L Discussion <br /> 4 Applicant: Egerton Development <br /> Location: Meetinghouse Road <br /> Request: Discussion of revised plan for Cranberr <br /> "� <br /> Hollow and vote on e 'extension. Continued from <br /> April 19 due to lack <br /> of DEQE per <br /> mits and <br /> Purchase & Sales Agreement. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> At the Board's last meeting he presented a request for an <br /> extension to Oct. 1 because the applicant was still waiting <br /> for a permit from DEQE. Because there was an insufficient <br /> number of members to vote at the last hearing, the issue was <br /> extended until this evening. Mr. Kirrane also explained to <br /> the Board that they were still in the process of <br /> negotiating a revised Purchase & Sales Agreement. Egerton <br /> Development has sent a letter of intent to Mr. Grogan. <br />
