Town of Mashpee <br />J <br />tG ('il'L'Gt JAreC1: 6QCt J4r(h <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02040 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />APRIL 22, 2015 <br />MINUTES <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 22, <br />2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br />North. Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Associate Members <br />Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein were present. Building Commissioner, Michael <br />Mendoza was also present. <br />Mr. Furbush announced the meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee TV. He <br />said that every petitioner is entitled to have five Zoning Board members present but <br />because there are only four Board members at this meeting, all members have to vote <br />positive for the petition to pass. <br />NEW HEARINGS <br />561Gm Path: Owners, Richard and Jennifer Manganiello request a Variance under §174- <br />31 to vary the setback requirements to allow for construction of an 8' x 10' shed on property <br />• located in an R-3 Zoning District at 56 Kim Path, (Map 117 Parcel 97), Mashpee, MA. <br />Mr. Furbush said that this hearing was advertised incorrectly and suggested the applicant <br />to file for a continuance. <br />Keven Kirrane, Attorney, representing the homeowner addressed the Board and agreed to <br />continue until the next hearing dated May 13, 2015. <br />Mr. Furbush made a motion to continue, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein, <br />yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Approve April 8, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br />Mr. Furbush made a motion to approve the meeting minutes, Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes. <br />Mr. DeBarros, yes, and Mr. Goldstein, yes. All were in favor. <br />Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to adjourn.
