Archila. <br />12 Pine Ridge_ Road, and 30, 32, and 36 Monomoscoy Road West: Owners request a <br />• Variance under §174-31 for relief of the front, side and rear setbacks, and lot coverage to <br />allow for construction of a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br />District.
