Garber requesting a <br /> written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction <br /> f a screened porch on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 23 Mizzenmast, Map <br /> 126 Parcel 237), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General .Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on> ec mb r 26, 2014 and January 2, 2015 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a Part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> ZoningBy-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on February <br /> 11, 2 015 at which time the fo 11 ow i ng rnernbers of the Board o f Appeals were present; Vice <br /> Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, James r eiffarth, Richard <br /> Jodla, and Associate Members, Dora Dclarros, and Scott Goldstein. Also Present was <br /> Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Mr. Stere Cool, of Ctuit Bay Design represented the Petitioners who would life <br /> to construct a 16' x 15' screened porch on the left rear section of their home. The current <br /> porch is angled, and they are proposing to square off the new porch to be in line with their <br /> hare. The existing line is parallel with the house at 12.7 feet, but there's a small triangular <br /> section closer at 10.7 feet.The current lot coverage is 26,3%and they are requesting 26,4%. <br /> An increase in lot coverage is allowed up to % in the Little Neck Bay Overlay. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS: <br /> The subject property located at 3 Mizzenmast enast is approximately 15,985 square feet. <br /> p ' <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> 1 <br /> i <br />
