11/18/87 <br /> 2. <br /> Applicant: New Seabury Cori ration <br /> Wading Place Road <br /> Re-submission of revised ANR Plan for Wading <br /> Place Road <br /> Scott MeAskill stepped down. <br /> Represented by Jack Brawn and Bcb Tclins. <br /> Town Council was not aware that the three lots were approved previously, <br /> The Planning ward did accept the submission of the Plan and are waiting <br /> for the written response from the Town Ccuncil. <br /> Continuation of Public near <br /> Stratford Ponds <br /> They came up with several alternatives for widening Route 130—represented <br /> plans - proposed access was pointed out. <br /> showed location of pine trees <br /> the gray tone is area of widening pavement <br /> Louise commented on the walkway <br /> Public spoke out about the width cf the walkway <br /> Planning and suggested that they submit the plan to DPW for their comments. <br /> - Charles Rowley suggested moving the entrance 90 feet. <br /> - Public spoke out about the impact on Route 130, <br /> - Public commented that the abutters were not all notified. <br /> Eydrojq <br /> &Z <br /> Grading Plan was presented by R. Johnson. <br /> - they have to look for layer in soil <br /> - it has to be a location that will minimize other impact. <br /> - 35 to 40 gallons per minute <br /> - a drop in water levels will be 1/10th cf a foot cn area indicated <br /> - 330 gallons per minute <br /> The Planning 3card will research the material submitted, <br /> This is continued to 12/2/87. <br />
