Assessor's Map 19 Parcel 3-5, Mashpee,MA(Owner of record: Pamela <br /> M. Gangemi, Trustee.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 17, 2015 and April 24, 2015 a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on May 13, <br /> 2015 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present; <br /> Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Cleric, Ron Bonvie, and <br /> Associate Members, Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein. <br /> Mr. Marls Boudreau, Attorney representing the applicant who is seeking a Special <br /> Permit for the assembly of wooden materials and two contractor bays. He introduced Dan <br /> Ojala, Principal Engineer of Down Cape Engineering who presented the application to <br /> Design/Plan Review. He provided the detailed site plan, landscape plan, and sign detail of <br /> the proposed building. The building plan depicted a 7,135 square foot metal building with <br /> two (2) small areas for contractor bays in the rear. All parking will be in the rear of the <br /> property. A screened-in dumpster is proposed in the rear of the property. <br /> The site has a fire hydrant located in front of the west entrance and will be moved. <br /> There is plenty of turning radius for fire trucks in the front and around the building. The <br /> landscaping design will have the required detailed plantings. There will be a catch basin <br /> on the side of the building and should have no drainage issues. <br /> 1 <br />
