MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> DECH, LLC (Owner of Record: Pamela M. Gangemi, Trustee) <br /> 71 Echo Road, (Map 19 Parcel 3-5) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2015-13 <br /> Massachusetts Natural Heritage Program or any known historic or archaeological <br /> site,will not produce amounts of trash,refuse or debris in excess of the town's landfill and <br /> waste disposal capacities, will properly dispose of stumps, construction debris, hazardous <br /> materials and other waste,will provide adequate off-street parking,will not cause excessive <br /> erosion or cause increased runoff onto neighboring properties or into any natural river, <br /> stream, pond or water body and will not otherwise be detrimental to the town or the area. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon a motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings dated May <br /> 13, 2015,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant DECH, LLC a Special <br /> Permit under §174-25 (G) 5 and §174-25 (G) 14 to allow for construction of a 7,13 5 sq. ft. <br /> building for use to manufacture and assembly of wooden doors, windows, cabinets, and <br /> general woodworking/millwork with rear area contractor bays located on property located <br /> in an I-1 Zoning District. Assessor's Map 19 Parcel 3-5, Mashpee, MA (Owner of record: <br /> Pamela M. Gangemi, Trustee.). <br /> Based on the application submitted, the Board conditions the following: <br /> • A letter dated May 12, 2015, from the Board of Health, with the listed conditioned <br /> items (See attached). <br /> • An email dated April 28, 2015, from Catherine Laurent, DPW Director, "If <br /> approved, the project at 71 Echo Road will require a Curb Cut permit from the <br /> DPW prior to start of construction (Echo Road is a Town road)." <br /> • Installing the Knox Box system as required by the Fire Department installed at the <br /> rear and the front of Echo Road. <br /> • The applicant must seek and obtain from a registered certified engineer prior to <br /> occupancy that the property is built and completed to the specifications outlined in <br /> the plans submitted to the Board. <br /> • A Site Plan titled; "71 Echo Road,Mashpee,MA"prepared for DECH, LLC, dated <br /> March 27, 2015, Rev; May 11, 2015.
