MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Clipper Landscape <br /> 117 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Parcel 29-0-E) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2015-18 <br /> 6. Washing machines are prohibited on Title V systems. They are considered <br /> industrial discharge and require municipal sewer or industrial tight tanks. <br /> 7. Boat washing is considered industrial discharge and must be approved by the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> 8. Operations shall not cause a "nuisance" or the operation will be considered a <br /> noisome trade. <br /> Mr. Bonvie read the Conservation Comments into the record; "The Industrial Drive <br /> project is not within wetlands jurisdiction." <br /> Discussion about having a representative from the Town's engineering department <br /> reviewing the site's drainage plan.Mr.Mendoza stated that he would take the responsibility <br /> of making sure that the drainage and site is reviewed by the Town's engineering department <br /> prior to the issuance of any building permit. The payment will be established with the <br /> Building Department. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, May 27, 2015, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Special Permit to Clipper Landscape, LLC. Referencing the plans titled; Layout Plan, <br /> Grading&Drainage Plan,Utility Plan and Septic System and Floor Drain Details,prepared <br /> for Clipper Landscape, 117 Industrial Drive,Mashpee,MA, scale 1"=20', dated April 24, <br /> 2015, drawn by; EJP, TJB, job number 15038, revisions for permitting only, not for <br /> construction, drawing number B23-16. Building Plans; submitted by Bruce Devlin Design <br /> for Clipper Landscape, New Building, 117 Industrial Drive, Mashpee Industrial Park, <br /> Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1/8" = 1.0', Dated April 2015. Included in this motion are the <br /> following conditions: <br /> • The applicant will seek and obtain approval from a Town Engineer of the subject <br /> plans and will pay the Town Engineer such fees as necessary, and will be overseen <br /> by the Building Commissioner prior to issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> • Board of Health approval as specified under their Requirements for Commercial <br /> Buildings. <br /> 3 <br />
