Assessors Map 120 Parcel 57B,Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 5, 2015 and June 12, 2015 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Members, Richard Jodka, Dom DeBarros, and Associate Member Scott Goldstein. Also <br /> present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. Board Member Ron Bonvie was <br /> absent. <br /> Mr. Furbush reviewed the application and told Mr. Smith that he will continue the <br /> hearing until July 8, 2015 with proof of a contract for the septic, and that the Board of <br /> Health fine of$800 was paid upon confirmation fiom Glen Harrington, Health Agent. He <br /> also requested Harbonnaster comments and Conservation Commission Order of <br /> Conditions. <br /> On July 6, 2015 the Board received a request for continuance until the Public <br /> Hearings dated Wednesday, July 22, 2015 by the applicant due to time constraints. <br /> On July 22, 2015, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present;Chainnan, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, Richard Jodka, <br /> Dom DeBarros, and Associate Member Scott Goldstein.
