Winslow Page#: 50 <br /> 21 Deborah Bottle Road <br /> (Map 71 Parcel 89-0-R) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A formal letter of extension was filed on August 3, 2016 by Christopher L. and <br /> Mary E. Winslow requesting an extension to a Variance(V-2015-32)that was recorded on <br /> October 15, 2015. <br /> Public Hearings were held on this extension at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Members, Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad <br /> Pittsley and Norman J. Gould were present. <br /> Mr.Furbush read the letter request from Attorney Kirrane into the record requesting <br /> an extension until March 15, 2017. (See attached signed and approved letter). <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board made a motion duly made and seconded at the <br /> Public Hearings on Wednesday,August 10,2016 voted unanimously to accept the letter of <br /> extension request for the issued Variance (V-2015-32) at 21 Deborah Bottle Road until <br /> March 15, 2017. If there are any changes to the approved plan, a new Zoning Board filing <br /> will be required. <br /> MA,SHPEE TOWN CLERK <br /> OCT - 5 2016 <br /> 1 RECEIVED BY Lle-1/111.1 <br />
