The property is in the Pre -contact Archaeology Sensitivity area — listed as "High <br />Sensitivity". The applicant must follow the instructions under bylaw §174-24 (C) <br />3. <br />2. A Conceptual Site Plan for Mark & Gloria Salgueiro, PO Box 1347, Mashpee, MA <br />02649. A Variance for 50 ft. on the front, and 50,000 sq. ft. variance from the lot size <br />requirements. <br />4. No future Variances will be issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals for this <br />property. <br />In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br />Variance under § 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for relief from lot size and frontage <br />requirements to deem lot buildable on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, at 110 <br />Wheeler Road, (Map 57 Parcel 20), Mashpee, MA. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br />four to one (4-1) in favor of Variance relief (with conditions listed above). Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings dated Wednesday, November 18, 2015. <br />3 <br />
