Columbo, Trustees <br /> 16 Westwood Road (Map 117 Parcel 194) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2015-45 <br /> SPECIFIC WRITTEN FINDINGS: <br /> The Board made the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. The area is zoned R3 and is in the Pre-contact Archaeology Sensitivity area—listed <br /> as "Moderate Sensitivity". The applicant must follow the instructions under bylaw <br /> Section 174-24 (C) 3. <br /> 3. Columbo Trustees under§174-17 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> and Popponesset Overlay District, at 16 Westwood Road, (Map 117 Parcel 194),Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> 4 <br />
