The applicant is seeking a Minor Modification,where they wish to change <br /> the width from 60' to 80' and the length from 165' to 125' and adjust the parking <br /> accordingly. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the comments from Conservation;"Not in wetlands jurisdiction", <br /> and Board of Health comments; "Comments made at site plan review,please keep original <br /> comments from before as they still apply even though there are fewer leasable units. The <br /> potential uses are still the same." <br /> The subject property located at 68 Echo Road is approximately 60,000 square feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Minor Modification to the Special Permit (SP-2014-56). Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Minor Modification conditioned upon the following; <br /> a Site Plan, Detail Sheet, and Landscape Plan of#68 Echo Road, Mashpee, MA prepared <br /> for Louis Seminara Jr. Dated: November 11, 2015 by Down Cape Engineering, Inc.
