<br /> areas. She said the appropriate i ensi"ons, on the culvert needs
<br /> to, be, documented to be sure it's ad.equate for, the amount of' water
<br /> that will be, coming into I't She, said, 1,it"s possible that the
<br /> Base may alter someth i,,ng which, wiJi 'increase the,, dra inage, so the,
<br /> igures should be, based on the maximum flow and projected on any
<br /> eXpected, growth,. The 'Board was also concerned with the, condition
<br /> of Back Road and what the developer"s plans are for improving it,
