Mr. Kurraine mentioned that a phosphate report was <br /> being prepared and hoped it would be complete by March 15. <br /> <tt Louise motioned to continue the public hearing to March 15th <br /> at 8 : 30. Judy seconded the motion. This prompted a discussion on who <br /> was able to sit on this issue (since Rich Jonas is an <br /> abutter and Scott McAskill works for the engineering firm <br /> preparing the plans) .
