The Chairman, B verly Sane, <br /> presided. <br /> Pl.ahning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Vice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan., Cl rk Lee Gurney; and Beverly Kane, <br /> Chairman. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudal a, Town Planner; and Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner. <br /> A _quorum being- present the- Chairman- ailed the Meeting <br /> to order, looking to Staff for any changes to the agenda. <br /> The Assistant Town- Planner requested the Board <br /> schedule a Public Hearing on October 6, 2004 ,, for review of <br /> the pre-disaster hazard mitigation plan. Said plan is a <br /> requiremen-t of FE A, which should be adopted by November <br /> 11th The Board scheduled this matter for 7 : 10 p.m. on <br /> October . <br /> Defintiti e Pla-n <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Submission - Defin-itive Flan - Fix -Me-O t Road <br /> The Chairman recognized Bruce Besse, representing the <br /> Applicant, Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> r. Besse submlitted three ) copies of the <br /> application for approval of Definitive Plan form C; the <br /> most recent tax bill; recorded deeds; Mylar plans; plans on <br /> bound one for Board of Health) , drainage me orandum' , and <br /> response to both Planning and Consulting Engineer comments . <br /> A check for the fees was submitted, as well as a list of <br /> abutters within -feet of the property. <br /> The submission being in proper order, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion be made to schedule a Public Nearing <br /> in this matter. <br /> 1 <br />
