Attorney Mcllhinney then addressed the ratter of <br /> signage for public/ancient ways throughout Willowbend, as <br /> conditioned by this modification and the Fin' Me Oot plan. <br /> He submitted said proposal to the Town Planner for review. <br /> "Proposal to Mashpee Planning Board and Mashpee Town <br /> Planner, dated February i, 2005, to include Bryant' s Cove <br /> Road, Simons Road, Quippish Road, and I ashpee Neck Road"' . <br /> Attorney McIlhinney asked for clarification/leve-1 of <br /> detail. of Board request for a more detailed description of <br /> the intersection located at Bryant' s Cove Road (unpaved <br /> ancient way) as it intersects Shoestring Baer Road and <br /> Herring Cull Road. He provided pictures of the subject <br /> road for discussion. <br /> The Town Planner stated there is a road plan and <br /> profile on record of the plan originally approved. <br /> However, nothing has been submitted to date as a <br /> replacement plan. There is no approved plan for the road <br /> that has already been constructed. The major focus is the <br /> intersection/transition between the dirt road and edge of <br /> pavement. <br /> Attorney McIlhinney agreed to provide as--built plans <br /> to both the Consulting Engineer and Town Planner for <br /> review. He agreed to include a notation regarding the <br /> easement over Lot 1 Bryants Cove Road) .
