The <br /> Consulting Engineer has not had the opportunity to make a <br /> recent inspection due to the snow accumulation. Mr. Rowley <br /> will howevet attempt to make an inspection on March 17, <br /> 2005. <br /> According to the developer all work has been completed <br /> with the exception of reseeding of the cul-de-sac, an <br /> estimated .$300 . 00 . <br /> References were being made to- the last inspection <br /> report from the Consulting Engineer dated October 26, 2004 . <br /> The developer stated road monuments have been placed; <br /> however the Board has not received verification from the <br /> engineer in this regard. <br /> The Chai rma-n recognized Tim Carmichael, Atlantic <br /> Development and Construction, who suggested this matter be <br /> continued to the April 6. 2005 meeting; to which the Board <br /> agreed. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Gene Smith - 31.
