She made reference to a letter received from <br /> Earth Tech, representing Applicant, requesting a <br /> continuance to May 18, 2005. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Notion to reschedule the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to May 18, 2005 at 7 : 5 p.m. ; <br /> which l otioft was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Approval 'Not Required Plan <br /> New Seabury Properties LING BSS Des,ign <br /> This matter was also rescheduled for May 18, 2005 at <br /> 7 : 5 p.m. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> SM Fealty 'gust - Route 180 <br /> Approval of Special Permit Application <br /> For Detail/Office Complex <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this Matter to order. She made <br /> reference to a Letter of recommendation received from the <br /> Consulting Engineer dated April 20, 2005. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Kevin Kirrane, <br /> representing Applicant, who acknowledged Board concerns <br /> regarding desk n si nage issues . He Made reference to a <br /> letter prepared by Steven C. Hayes, Architect, dated April <br /> 15, 2005 . <br /> Attorney Kirrane noted the first design has been <br /> approved by the Design Review Committe . The second design <br /> is a revision to the first . Applicant is amenable to <br /> whichever design is preferred by the Planning Board. <br /> The clock tower ha-s been moved hack and the sign-age <br /> has been relocated as indicated on the revised plan . <br /> Attorney Ki r rave made reference to the draft Decision <br /> prepared by the Town Planner: <br /> 4 <br />
