Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> June 1, 200 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was <br /> called to order in conference Room C, Mashpee Town Hall, <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts- at 7 : 0 <br /> p.m. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Bala:rini, <br /> Vice-Chairman; Lee Gurney, Clerk; John Halachis; Beverly <br /> Kane, chairman; and Harvey Cohen, Associate Member. <br /> Also- present: F. Thomas Fuda-la, Town Planner; and Erie <br /> Smith, Ass-istant Town Planner. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she welcomed the <br /> new Associate Member, Harvey Cohen, to the Board. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> willobend Country Club, Inc. <br /> uinaquisset Avenue-Release of Outstanding -Road Bonds <br /> The Chairman recognized Jack McIlhinney, Attorney for <br /> Tillo bend Country Club, who informed the Board that the <br /> Consulting Engineer has made an inspection of the roadways <br /> and has requested a letter from the surveyor verifying that <br /> certain bounds have been set along the open space. <br /> Applicant' s surveyor has provided said certification. <br /> Attorney McIlhin- ney requested the Board to release <br /> said security. One being a passbook/CD with an approximate <br /> balance of five hundred twenty-five thousand dolla-rs; the <br /> ether being a pledge of .st-eck to secure construction of a <br /> sewer treatment plant and related sewer word . <br /> Reference was made to a letter dated June 1, 2005 from <br /> Norman Grossman, PE, RLs, addressed to the Mashpee Planning <br /> Board regarding Willowbend Country Club, Inc. - release of <br /> Road/Sewer Bond Funds,. <br /> Them being no further Board discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> 1 <br />
