Approval Not Required <br /> Bayswater Development, LL <br /> Shore Drive blest - Move Existing Lot Lines <br /> The 'Town Pl-anner informed Applicant that the plans <br /> being submitted were not regulation size according to the <br /> Subdivision Regulations (2 and could not be <br /> accepted. <br /> Applicant 'agreed to resubmit plans. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Bayswater Development, LLc <br /> Shore Drive - Create One Unbuildable Lot <br /> The Chairman recognized Tom Bunker, B S' Design, <br /> representing the Applicaant, <br /> . Bunker explained that because this lot i .loca-ted <br /> in a velocity zone it i in fact unbuildable and that <br /> request is being made for conveyance purposes . <br /> At this point Planning Board Member Lee Gurney excused <br /> herself from the room/this matter stating she is a resident <br /> of Popp nesset and Member er of the Peppenes-set. Association <br /> Board. <br /> Mr. -Bunke-r made reference to the propetty lime, <br /> explaining there are two lots being separated by the red <br /> lime. The green indicates the newly created „way" lot, <br /> which will provide access to the Poppone set Beach <br /> Association. Said lot is unbuildable due to the resource. <br /> area and in conveyance to the Popponesset Beach <br /> Association. <br /> The Town Planner explained the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> is net involved in this matter, as this is part of the New <br /> Seabury Special Permit, an is i onformance with <br /> dimensionaal. requirements. <br /> There being no further discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal. arini made a Motion to sign the <br /> plan as Approval Not Required; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br />
