The Chairman called this matter to order and <br />recognized Mr-. Blake, 709 Great Neck Road south, Ma shpee, <br />. <br />Mating reference to the plan before the .Board he <br />indicated his residence is located on Lot He purchased <br />the property in August 2003 and moved in January 2004. <br />During the spring of 2004 Applicant had the land surveyed <br />and Found that a portion of his property was actually <br />located on his neighbor's property. <br />The Town Planner agreed this matter is a lot lime <br />adjustment, the required to-ft . frontage has been <br />maintained. The filing. is in order. <br />After review of the plan and some discussion in this <br />matter the Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to sign the plan a <br />Approval Not Required for Barry Blake and Robert Fecco, 70.9 <br />and 711 Great Neck Road South, for the purpose of changing <br />a lot line; which motion was duly seconded by Dennis <br />Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br />.The Chairman them signed the Certificate of Action and <br />the original and four copies of said ANR Plan. <br />Board Items <br />Review and Recommendation Regarding Proposed Layouts <br />Of Granberry Midge and Harbor Ridge roads <br />Articles 32 and 33 for C'ctobr Town Meeting <br />The Town Planner explained Planning Board <br />reco me.ndation is required in order for the Town to take <br />Harbor Ridge Road and Cranberry Ridge Road, both of which <br />have previously been approved by the Planning Board. <br />The Chairman entertained a motion for recommendation. <br />MOTION.: John Ha lachi s made a Motion to accept and <br />approve Articles #32 and ; which Motion was duly <br />seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br />Toting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal arini, Lee <br />Gurney, and John Halachis. <br />17 <br />
