Landscaping issues in this <br />area have not yet been completed, the Building Inspector <br />has -sent Mr. Bonvie a letter to this effect, and has not <br />yet received a response. <br />The Consulting Engineer reported on drainage issues at <br />Regatta ]give, Sconsett Village. He will be meeting with <br />the contractor in order to review those items of <br />completion. He suggested the Board send a lettet to the <br />developer indicating that the drainage area at Dowell Road <br />needs to be cleaned a-nd graded. <br />The Chairman requested a report/recommendation from <br />r. Rowley to the Board; to which he agreed. <br />The Chairman reported on the status of the Blue Ribbon <br />Committee. There was an organizational meeting at which <br />time Don Myers was elected Chair* an Cui Greene a Vice <br />Chairman, and Doug Storrs as Clerk. A complete review of <br />the Comprehensive Plan should be accomplished within the <br />eighteen -month time frame of the committee. Each member <br />was -assigned a section of the Comprehensive Plan for -review <br />and to prepare a written review of the action plans, and <br />those items that have not been accomplished. <br />The Committee has agreed to meet every other week, on <br />Thursday evenings, and will report to the Board of <br />Selectmen on a quarterly basis. 4 <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further Planning.
