An article submitted by the planning Board amending the Section 1 - 1 Land Space <br />Requirements .Table to reduce- m inimum required setback from rear or -side property lines to <br />five feet for sheds or sum lar non -habitable structures not exceeding 120 squ re feet in <br />floor area or 12 feet in height. <br />. An aile submitted by the planning Board and Water District Commission to amend <br />Section 1 -.. to add a new subsection 6, expanding the boundaries of the <br />Groundwater Protection District to protect the. "zone H" recharge area of the District's <br />"Mashpee village" well. <br />, An article submitted by the Planning Board and Water District Conission to amend. <br />Section 174-79.B. to add a new subsection , modiPjing the boundaries of the <br />Groundwater Protection District to protect the `Zone III' recharge area of the District's <br />"Belcher"'well. <br />. An article submitted by the PIanai g Board adding a new Subsection 1 - .H. I.o , which <br />would prohibit Parking or storage for more than 30 days of traded / tired material handling <br />and earth -moving vehicles and other construction equipment and any other vehicles not <br />eligible for unrestricted travel over public roads, or of over -the -road trailers, <br />storage/shipping containers, temporary free-standing buildings or construction trailers. or <br />similar construction -related equipment, on any residentially -zoned parcel for w icb <br />building permit has not been received or has lapsed, or on a non-residential property on <br />which a building permit has not been received or has lapsed or on which said or storage has <br />not been specifically permitted by the Town, or parking or storage for more than 30 days of <br />said vehicles or equipment within a public or private street layout which is not actively under <br />construction pursuant. to a subdivision approval or other valid permit. <br />5. An article submitted by the Planning Board which would mend the zoning snap to change <br />the zoning to I-1 Industrial, from R-3 Residential, on approximately 8 acres of land between <br />the Mashpee Industrial Park area and Great Hay Road adjacent to the Town Cemetery as <br />shown on a plan filed with the Town Cleric entitled "14 zoning Map Change'— October <br />2005''. <br />
