Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings <br /> on May 14,2014.The issued Variance being 1.2 feet to the North, and 3.5 feet to the South. <br /> Referencing the Harbormaster requirements. Also, referencing a plot plan prepared for <br /> owner of record; Alfred S.
