The Chairman asked for comments from the Town Planner,, who stated he has no <br /> issues with the plan. He did direct the Board's attention to details of the plan as shown <br /> on the computer image screen. <br /> Mr. Eddy addr sed the Board stating that all of the lots as shown,on Bog Circle <br /> will be disoled and made into one lot, IA; the lots on the configuration of lots on the <br /> other side of Simons Road will remain the same, with elimination of lot lines as approved <br /> and part of the Decision. All of the utility information, etc., from Fin lie Oot to the cul- <br /> de-sac has been approved under the Special Permit.
