The Town Planner reviewed the <br /> following Articles with the Board <br /> Article#12—This Article would eliminate the IC Overlay Zoning District and <br /> allow those uses currently allowed in that district by Planing Board Special Permit to be <br /> allowed, under the same terms, in all of the I-1 Industrial Zoning Districts. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzafini made a Notion to recommend approval of Article <br /> 12; which Motion was duly seconded by Mary Waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Article##1 —This Article would amend Subsection 1 7 -2 .H by adding the <br /> following uses to Subsection H.I. —`S. (14), B. (18), B.20, F. , F: 5 and I. 1 ; <br /> amend Subsection l - 5. . 1 of he Table of Use Regulations to add the phrase, <br /> "`dance or gymnastics studios, skating rinks, indoor go-kart facilities,"after the term, <br /> "health clubs"; and by amending Subsection 1 - 5.1. 1 of the Table of Use <br /> Regulations to read; "Temporary sales of Christmas trees, provided the sales shall not be <br /> conducted before Thanksgiving or after December 3 1, and all trees, signs and temporary <br /> structures shall be set back a minimum of forty o feet from all streets and shall be <br /> removed within ten 10 days after the close of the sale."; or take any other action relating <br /> hereto. <br /> MOTION: I enrfis 1 al arini made a Motion to recommend approval of Article <br /> # I ; which Motion was duly seconded by James Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> Article #1 —This Article defines contractor }cards and contractor bays, uses <br /> which have not been specifically allowed in he Table of Uses, yet have been permitted <br />
