Town ofMashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> October 21, 2009 <br /> The Town of liashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room#I Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, I rlashpe , Massachusetts at <br /> :00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Yice-Chai_rman; John <br /> Cotton, Associate Member; James Leonard; Thomas O'Hara., Chairman; and Mary <br /> waygam <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and Thomas Mayo, GIS <br /> Coordinator. <br /> Absent: Joseph Mullin, Clerk; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> August 5, 2009 <br /> MOTION: Jaynes Leonard made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the August <br /> , 2009 Planning Board Meeting as submitted; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzinf and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership-route 28 at Trinity Place <br /> Signature of Special Permit Modification Approved 9 1 / 9 <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Stuart Bornstein. <br /> The TownPlanner reported that all three conditions with regard to this matter <br /> have been.satisfactorily fulfilled; $2,000.00 performance guarantee for landscaping; <br /> wastewater program has been approved by the Health Agent; and a signed landscaping <br /> contract consistent with attachment "B"of the Special Permit, <br /> The Chairman, by request of the Design Review r Committee,brought two issues <br /> to Mr. ornstein's attention; unfinished landscaping at the front of the building, as well <br /> as the illegal internally lit sign which is in violation of the bylaw. <br /> Having ascertained this action to be the free act and deed of the Planning Board <br /> the Board Secretary notarized four copies of "l ashpee Planning Board Modification <br /> l <br />
