Thomas Fudal , Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer; and Selectman Richardson, Liaison. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the.Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first.order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> October 7, 2009 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> October 7, 2009 Planning Board Meeting as amended, (pages 2 and 3 "Bog Circle")'; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Mary waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Catherine Laurent, Mashpee DPW— Proposed Subdivision Regulation Amendments <br /> The Chairman-called this matter to order and recognized Ms. Laurent, who made <br /> reference to "Draft Rules and Regulations governing the Subdivision of Land Updated <br /> From the 1982 Edition by the I ashpe Planning Board, Updated to December 15, 009"o <br /> Page I 1-Grades - It was agreed to a I%minimum-grade for all streets. <br /> Page I 1-Easements— It was agreed that Mr. Toney would reword and clarify <br /> this language and provide copies to everyone. <br /> Pages 11 and 1 —Road Base—Additional clarification was included for different <br /> types of acceptable road base, being 1 -inch minimum for dense graded stone, and - <br /> inches for reclaimed asphalt. <br /> Page 1 —Road Surface—For major, minor, commercial, and industrial streets. <br /> 1 <br />
