Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> January 16, Zoo <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great.Neck Road North, Mashpee, 11 las achusetts at <br /> : o p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008. The Chairman, Beverly Dane, presided. <br /> Planning Board iembers%present: Dennis Balzarini, Vice-Chairman; Beverly <br /> Dane, Chairman; Joseph Mullin; and Thomas O'Hara. <br /> Absent: Myrna Duey, Clerk. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> and Charles Rowley,vley, Consulting Engineer :1 o p.m. . <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> The Chairman determined that the Minutes of the November , 2007 Meeting <br /> were to be approved at the next Meeting. <br /> Preliminary Subdivision <br /> Scott Bauer-8 Blue Castle Drive <br /> Subdivision of One Lot into Two and Approval of Easement <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Steve Doyle, <br /> representing the Applicant. <br /> References were made to a plan of lard entitled, "Preliminary Subdivision Plan <br /> prepared for Scott Bauer in Mashpee, N4A, dated December 10, 2007, prepared by <br /> Stephen J. Doyle & Associates". <br /> Mr. Doyle explained that Applicant is proposing to divide the existing corner lot <br /> into two lots and to relocate the existing gravel roadway into the o- t. right. f moray. <br /> Based upon a recommendation made by Mr. Rowley,vley, Applicant has been in contact with <br /> the water Department and there appears to be no objection regarding the easement as <br /> shown on the plan. <br /> When.asked, Mr. Doyle stated the proposed road would be l - t. wide. Planning <br /> Board Members suggested Applicant meet the Town standard of 20-f ., Mating this had <br /> been agreed to at a prior meeting. <br /> 1 <br />
