Applicant,Gene Smith, has failed to provide information to the Consulting <br /> Engineer in the Release as of Performance Guarantee matter and therefore will not be <br /> addressed this evening. <br /> There has been no further contact from Catherine Laurent, Department rtment of Public <br /> works, regarding updates to the Subdivision Regulations and therefore will not be <br /> addressed this evening. <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Bayswater LLC— Shore Drive west <br /> Signature of Definitive Subdivision Plan to Ike-Subdivide 1 -Lots- <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board that this matter had been approved at the <br /> February 20, 2008 Planning Board Meeting, that no appeals have been filed, and that the <br /> Town Clerk has signed off`on this matter. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Daniel Buckley, representing the Applicant, who <br /> informed the Board that landscaping has been completed on the open lot at the corner of <br /> the property to the satisfaction of the abutters and their attorney. <br /> References were made to a Plan of Land entitled, "Subdivision Plan of Land,New <br /> Seabury, Mashp e, MA, prepared for Bayswater Development, LLC, by BSS Design, <br /> dated December 18, 200 .7D <br /> Said Definitive Subdivision Plan Irilr and copies) was then signed by the <br /> following Planning Board Members: Beverly Dane, Dennis 1 al ariu', Thomas O'Hara, <br /> and Joseph Mullin. <br /> Board Items—continued <br /> The Chairman asked for an update of the agenda items scheduled for the next <br /> Meeting, April 2, 2008. <br /> The Town Planner responded there is a Public Taring scheduled for :0 , <br /> Signature of Mashpee Conu-nons Special Permit, P gani and Smith Request for Release. <br /> Vacant Planning Board Positions <br /> Them was brief discussion as to the status of Planning Board vacancies. The <br /> quorum to conduct Planning Board business remains at three Members.
