Applicant,Gene Smith, has failed to provide information to the Consulting Engineer in the Release as of Performance Guarantee matter and therefore will not be addressed this evening. There has been no further contact from Catherine Laurent, Department rtment of Public works, regarding updates to the Subdivision Regulations and therefore will not be addressed this evening. Definitive Subdivision Plan Bayswater LLC— Shore Drive west Signature of Definitive Subdivision Plan to Ike-Subdivide 1 -Lots- The Town Planner reminded the Board that this matter had been approved at the February 20, 2008 Planning Board Meeting, that no appeals have been filed, and that the Town Clerk has signed off`on this matter. The Chairman then recognized Daniel Buckley, representing the Applicant, who informed the Board that landscaping has been completed on the open lot at the corner of the property to the satisfaction of the abutters and their attorney. References were made to a Plan of Land entitled, "Subdivision Plan of Land,New Seabury, Mashp e, MA, prepared for Bayswater Development, LLC, by BSS Design, dated December 18, 200 .7D Said Definitive Subdivision Plan Irilr and copies) was then signed by the following Planning Board Members: Beverly Dane, Dennis 1 al ariu', Thomas O'Hara, and Joseph Mullin. Board Items—continued The Chairman asked for an update of the agenda items scheduled for the next Meeting, April 2, 2008. The Town Planner responded there is a Public Taring scheduled for :0 , Signature of Mashpee Conu-nons Special Permit, P gani and Smith Request for Release. Vacant Planning Board Positions Them was brief discussion as to the status of Planning Board vacancies. The quorum to conduct Planning Board business remains at three Members.
