Mr. Furbush made a motion to accept the continuance, Mr. <br /> Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, Mr. Jodka yes, and Mr. Goldstein, yes. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, May <br /> 28, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road North. Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Cleric, <br /> Mr. Ron Bonvie, Board Members, James Reiffarth, and Richard Jodka, and Associate <br /> Member Scott Goldstein were present and acting throughout. <br /> Mr.Furbush received a letter dated May 23,2014 from Attorney,Brian Wall stating <br /> the following; "Please accept this as a request to withdraw the above-referenced request <br /> for a finding without prejudice." <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board voted unanimously at the public hearings dated <br /> May 28, 2014, to accept the request of withdrawal without prejudice of a Written Finding <br /> under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning <br /> continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non-conforming structure to allow <br /> for construction of a new single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District at 37 Seconsett Point Road, (Map 124 Parcel 19), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> Record: Patricia O. Schmitt). <br /> 4 <br />
