Town of ATashpee <br />3 <br />.s 16 Great ✓\ceck `Road o\conh <br />Jllashpee, Wassachuseus 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />APRIL 23, 2014 <br />MINUTES <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 23, <br />2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br />North. Board Members, Jonathan Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, James Reiffarth, Richard <br />Jodka, Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein were present and <br />acting throughout. Building Commissioner, Richard Morgan was also present. <br />Chairman, Jonathan Furbush opened the meeting at 6:05 p.m. and announced that the <br />meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee television. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />• <br />Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Request modifications under Special Permit <br />SP -86-04-024 to address actual built conditions, relocate certain square footage of building <br />space and location of parking areas, and previously approved residential units on property <br />located in a C-1 Zoning District, at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway, Unit 33, (Map 74 Parcel 20), <br />Mashpee, MA. (Continued from April 9, 2014 Public Hearings at the request of the <br />Petitioner). <br />Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Request a Variance under Article VII §174- <br />31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the building setback on <br />property located in a C-1 Zoning District, at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway, Unit 33, (Map 74 <br />Parcel 20), Mashpee, MA. (Rescheduled from March 26, 2014 Public Hearings with a full <br />member Board). (Continued from April 9, 2014 Public Hearings at the request of the <br />Petitioner. <br />Mr. Tom Feronti, representing Mashpee Commons announced that John Connell, Architect <br />and Attorney, Mike Ford were also present. Mr. Feronti informed the Board of the proposed <br />new building within Mashpee Commons that was originally shown on the master plan of <br />the special permit. It's identified as Building 33 and located at the intersection of Route 28 <br />and Steeple Street. The building will be a two-story building maintenance facility which <br />will allow the three full-time maintenance personnel to consolidate equipment and storage <br />• from different locations into one building. <br />
