The Chairman recognized Attorney Benjamin Losordo, representing the Applicant. Attorney Losordo indicated that the planting schedule has been incorporated into the plan as suggested by the Board, there is also an indication on the plan with reference to house grade lowest floor for lots 80 and 81 at o-ft.; and for lots 23A and 24 at 4 -ft. He also stated that the Certificates of Release have been revised to reflect changes made to the plan.
