<br />MINUTES
<br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 28,
<br />2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road
<br />North. Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Clerk, Ronald
<br />Bonvie, Board Members, James Reiffarth, and Richard Jodka, and Associate Member Scott
<br />Goldstein were present and acting throughout.
<br />Chairman, Jonathan Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and announced that the
<br />meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee television.
<br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
<br />CONTINUED HEARINGS
<br />Robert Roche: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning By-
<br />laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-
<br />existing, non -conforming structure to allow for construction of a new single-family
<br />dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 37 Seconsett Point Road, (Map
<br />124 Parcel 19), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Patricia O. Schmitt). (At the request of
<br />the Attorney, continued from April 23, 2014 Public Hearings).
<br />Mr. Furbush received a letter dated May 23, 2014 from Attorney, Brian Wall stating the
<br />following; "Please accept this as a request to withdraw the above -referenced request for a
<br />finding without prejudice."
<br />Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to accept the withdrawal request from Mr. Wall without
<br />prejudice. Mr. Reiffarth seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Jodka,
<br />yes. All were in favor.
<br />OTHER BUSINESS
<br />Mr. Goldstein made a motion to accept the May 14, 2014 Meeting Minutes, Mr. Jodka,
<br />seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes.
<br />All were in favor.
<br />Mr. Reiffarth, made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr.
<br />Furbush, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes. All were in favor.
