Chapter <br /> 40A §10 for relief from frontage requirements to deem lot buildable on property located in <br /> an R-5 Zoning District at 29 Melissa Avenue(Map 21 Parcel 12),Mashpee,MA. (Previous <br /> variance expired). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 6, 2014 and June 13, 2014 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chairman,William Blaisdell, Clerk,Ron <br /> Bonvie, Board Member Richard Jodka, and Associate Member, Domingo DeBar os. Also <br /> present was Building Commissioner, Mr. Richard Morgan. <br /> Mrs. Marcelli represented herself for the requested variance relief and returned to <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals because the original variance granted back in August 2009 <br /> expired and no extensions were filed. Mashpee Fire Chief, Tom Rullo was also present to <br /> answer questions. <br /> The plot plan was issued back in 1978 and depicts three (3) Lots; A, C and Lot 2. <br /> Mrs. Marcelli and her late husband purchased Lot 2 (29 Melissa Avenue)back in 1978 and <br /> she would like to sell it. Mrs. Marcelli and her first husband owned "Lot A" and "Lot 2" <br /> and later sold"Lot A" after purchasing"Lot C". <br /> 1 <br />
