Van Beek <br /> 357 Monomoscoy Road, (Map 120 Parcel 19) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2014-32 <br /> 5. Reconstruction of the dwelling will conform to current building code requirements. <br /> 6. There is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking and setbacks as may be <br /> required. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on July 9, 2014. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant Kristin P. Van Beek a Written <br /> Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 to <br /> allow for construction of a new single-family dwelling and garage with living space on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 357 Monomoscoy Road, (Map 120 Parcel <br /> 19), Mashpee, MA. Referencing a plot plan submitted by BSS Design Engineering & <br /> Surveying titled; House and Garage Reconstruction and Expansion of Vegetated Buffer In <br /> Back Yard, prepared for Kristin P. Van Beek, Parcel 10 (#357 Monomoscoy Road, <br /> Mashpee, MA). Scale= 1'=20', dated May 30, 2014, drawn EJP/JER,job number 14074, <br /> revisions July 11, 2014, per ZBA. Revised lot coverage to include the proposed retaining <br /> wall and area within the walls in front of the house.
