Chapter 40A §10 <br /> for relief from the front yard setback requirements of a residential structure on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District at 10 Popponesset Island Road, (Map 105 Parcel 267A), <br /> Mashpee, MA. Referencing a plot plan provided by Cape & Island Engineering, 800 <br /> Falmouth Road, Suite 301 C,Mashpee,MA,dated 7/15/14,revised on 7/24/14,and 8/25/14 <br /> (Added Note Re: 8' x 15' addition). The Board issues a front setback of 24.7 foot variance <br /> considering the front on the Southerly side of the easement to access the private way. <br /> 7 <br />
