r� <br />u <br />• <br />0 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Bonvie stated the applicant must submit an annual renewal form as proof of residency <br />or the apartment permit becomes null and void. <br />Mr. Mendoza asked the Board if a separate electrical meter and address has ever been <br />conditioned for this type of application. Mr. Blaisdell stated it is not in the bylaw, so it is <br />not enforced. <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to approve Geoffrey P. Sprague's request for a Special Permit <br />under Section 174-45.4 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for an accessory apartment in <br />basement of dwelling located in an R-5 Zoning District at 151 Pimlico Pond Road, (Map <br />2 Parcel 134), Mashpee, MA. This motion is based on a plan titled; Basement Apartment <br />Plan, totaling 588 square feet, scale= '/<' = 1', stamped by Town of Mashpee Fire & Rescue <br />Department, also a Mortgage Inspection Plan for Geoffrey P and Sarah J Sprague, 151 & <br />161 Pimlico Pond Road, Mashpee, MA, and a calculation plan, showing a first floor and <br />second floor. This motion is agreed by the Board that no separate electric meter for this <br />basement apartment and no separate address. <br />Mr. Jodka seconded, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. <br />DeBarros, yes. <br />OTHER BUSINESS: <br />Approve August 27, 2014 Meeting Minutes <br />Mr. Jodka made a motion to approve August 27, 2014 Meeting Minutes, Mr. Blaisdell, <br />seconded, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes.
