<br /> A Petition was filed on September 25, 2014 by Accidental Auto Body, Inc.
<br /> requesting a Special Permit under §174-24.C.1 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for an auto
<br /> body shop with parking, utilities, and landscaping in a I-1 Zoning District at 89 Industrial
<br /> Drive, (Map 88 Parcel 27), Mashpee,MA. (Owner of Record: Robert A. Lawton).
<br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws
<br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of
<br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 3, 2014 and October 10, 2014 a
<br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
<br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the
<br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee
<br /> Zoning By-laws.
<br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition, at the Mashpee Town Hall on
<br /> Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at which time the following Board Members were present
<br /> and acting throughout, Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A.
<br /> Blaisdell, Clerk, Ronald Bonvie, Board Member, Richard Jodka, Associate Members
<br /> Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building Commissioner,
<br /> Michael Mendoza. Board Member, James Reiffarth was absent.
<br /> On October 22, 2014, the Board received a letter and was read into the record by
<br /> Mr. Furbush, Chairman. "Mr. Mark Gildea stating he represents the Applicant,Accidental
<br /> Auto Body, Inc. requesting the matter be continued until November 12, 2014 meeting to
<br /> allow the applicant to fully address Board of Health issues."
<br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition, at the Mashpee Town Hall on
<br /> Wednesday,November 12,2014 at which time the following Board Members were present
