The Registered Agent for Service of Process for the Applicant is its President <br /> —Anthony Dupuis, 139 Birch Street, Pembroke, MA 02359. <br /> 8. Defendant Robert A. Lawyton, ("Land Owner") of 1035 Great Road, Lincoln, RI <br /> 02865, is the owner of the Subject Property. <br /> STATEMENT OF FACTS <br /> 9. The Plaintiffs homes are located in the "R3" zoning district, a residential zone. In the <br /> R3 zone, residential lots are required to have at least 40,000 square feet of area. <br /> 10. The Subject Property is located in the Town of Mashpee's only industrial district, <br /> known as the "I1" zone. <br /> 11. The line separating the I1 zone from the R3 zone runs between the Subject Property <br /> and the property of Plaintiffs John and Susan Fish. <br /> 12. The Subject Property is located within an area called the Mashpee Industrial Park. <br /> 3 <br />
