St. Pierre under §174- <br /> 31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the front and side setback <br /> requirements to locate a shed in an R-3 Zoning District at 265 Monomoscoy Road, (Map <br /> 120 Parcel 41), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 3, 2014 and October 10, 2014 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition, at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at which time the following Board Members were present <br /> and acting throughout, Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A. <br /> Blaisdell, Cleric, Ronald Bonvie, Board Member, Richard Jodka, Associate Members <br /> Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building Commissioner, <br /> Michael Mendoza. <br /> Attorney, Rod St. Pierre representing his wife, Elizabeth in regard to the Variance <br /> request for constructing a 10 foot x 14 foot shed.He provided a plot plan depicting the shed <br /> location,with a brochure from Pine Harbor, and a schematic. He also provided pictures of <br /> his property with the vast majority bordering wetlands. He is requesting a 2 foot variance <br /> on the side and 29 foot variance on the front. <br /> Mr. Bonvie read an abutter letter into the record; "Mr. Thomas Smith, 266 <br /> Monomoscoy Road, does not object to the shed." <br /> Richard Jodka read an abutter letter into the record; "Susan Williams 262 <br /> Monomoscoy Road, does no object to the shed." <br /> 1 <br />
