r <br /> Town of -Mashpee <br /> ` Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> July 5, 20 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order at Mashpee Town Hall, Conference Room ##1, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : o p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> July 5, 2000 . The Chairman, Matthew F. Malone, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Balzarini, Clerk; Beverly <br /> Dane; Matthew F. Malone, Chairman; and Martine Mei j ering. <br /> Absent : James M. Dorgan, vice Chairman. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he recognized <br /> David Sanicki, Cape & Islands- Engineering. <br /> Special Permit-Definitive Plan <br /> Lipnosl y Trust-Cape & Islands - Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Signature of Special Permit Decision and Definitive Plan <br /> The Town Planner stated the special Permit Decision has <br /> already been signed by James Dorgan, as the Planning Board <br /> representative. There has been no appeal filed in this matter. <br /> He requested signatures from those Planning Board Members who had <br /> noted on the Special Permit Decision. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: Martine Meijering made a Motion to sign the Special <br /> Permit Decision in this matter; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> The original Special Permit and three copies were signed <br /> by the following Board Members and dated July 5, o o : Dennis <br /> Balzarini; Beverly Kane; Matthew Malone; and Martine Meljering. <br /> Dennis Balzarini inquired as to the status of required fees; <br /> the Town Planner was unsure as to whether or not the Inspection <br /> Fee has been paid. He suggested the Board sign the De init3-ve <br /> Plan in this matter pending verification of fee payment. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br /> MoTIQN: Dennis Balzarini -made a Motion to sign the <br /> Definitive Plan in this matter, pending verification of payment <br /> of the Inspection Fee to be made by the Planning Department; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Martine Meij Bring and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br />
