Upon a motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings dated <br /> November 12, 2014, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant Anne <br /> Seminar's request for a Special Permit under §174-24, and §174-25 (Table of Use <br /> Regulations), and §174-41 (Parking Lot Design) to allow for construction of an industrial <br /> warehouse building on property located in an 1-1 Zoning District at 58 Echo Road, (Map <br /> 19 Parcel 13), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Michael Umano, Trustee). <br /> The Board conditions this permit based upon Board of Health approval for 58 Echo <br /> Road,meeting on December 4, 2014, and conditioned upon receiving a letter from Charlie <br /> Rowley assuring the Board that all his remarks listed are completed and approved. Also <br /> conditioned upon receiving a revised Landscape Plan by December 4, 2014.
